We offer individual housing contracts. This is an excellent option for you since each person is responsible for their portion of the rent and not their roommates.

We offer 12-month housing contracts. The contract begins late August and ends on July 31st

We urge you to get renters insurance for losses to personal property or injuries due to theft, fire, water, damage, pipe leaks, and the like. Additionally, the resident is required to purchase personal liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $100,000.00. Proof of liability insurance is required to be provided to Landlord prior to move-in day

If you are over 18 to sign a housing contract, we do NOT need your parent or guardian present

No problem! We offer a roommate matching program! You can fill out a roommate matching profile form along with your application, and management will match you with the best possible option(s)

Monthly installments are due on the 1st of every month with a grace period until the 3rd day of the month. Payments are considered late on the 4th of each month. Please note that late fees will start to accrue beginning on the 4th day.

You are not paying rent for each month you live at Grandmarc at the Corner Apartments. Instead, you are making installment payments. Your total amount due is split up into 12 equal payments throughout the length of your lease. The housing contract will not be for an entire calendar year. You will move in early August and move out at the end of July. This allows time for you to move out, for us to fix the apartment as needed, and to move someone else in for the following year.

We include water, sewer, trash, and internet with your monthly installment payments.

Furnished apartments are limited and are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Each bedroom is fully furnished with a full XL bed, desk, desk chair, and two 2-drawer dressers. The living area comes with a sofa chair or loveseat, cocktail table, entertainment center, and bar stool. Furniture packages will vary depending on your floor plan type.
